We provide three support options for your convenience.  Bring your system to our office, schedule an appointment for us to visit you on-site or take advantage of our convenient remote support services.

Remote Support

With the convenience of today’s broadband internet access, most software and configuration problems can be resolved via remote support. With just a few clicks of the mouse, we can remotely control your system and troubleshoot most problems while you watch from the convenience of your home or office.

In-Shop Support

Sometimes remote support just isn’t possible.  Failing Internet connections, dead computers or network blocking viruses are just a few of the issues that might prevent us from handling your problem remotely.  If you would like us to take a look at your system at our office, there are two ways to get it to us.  You can schedule to use our pickup/delivery service OR you can make an appointment to bring your system to our office.  Please contact us to make arrangements.

On-Site Support

Would you prefer that we take care of your systems on-site?  We’ve got your covered.  Schedule an appointment and we will come to your home or office to take care of your computer issues.
